RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are FINAL. Due to each order being made to order and personalized to the customer's choices/liking, there are no return and exchanges allowed. However, in the event of an extreme circumstance, customers may be eligible for a refund. In order to be eligible for a refund/return, the item must fall in one of the following categories:

  • Item arrives damaged (must show photographic proof of damages)
  • The customer received the wrong order (ex. Customer orders cheetah print cup and receives a completely different product)

Each customer has 24- hours from the day the order is delivered to reach out and request a refund. After reaching out, providing images/videos of the item, and receiving a confirmation message, the item must be returned to the mailing address provided, and then the refund process will begin. Mailing of the item should only be done if the customer receives approval. 

In the event of a lost package

If the postal carrier loses your package during transit, or the tracking information has not been updated for more than a few days, please reach out via email at info@afabcreation.com. I will do the best that I can to help locate your package with the post office. If after exhausting all of your options, nothing is resolved, I will offer you a set of options that you can chose

The tracking says delivered, but my package is nowhere to be found

If the tracking information states that your package was scanned as delivered, A Fab Creation is no longer liable.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

  • Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:

    • Mailbox

    • Porch

    • Garage

    • Any area out of potential weather hazards

    • Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed

  • Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.

  • Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.

  • In rare cases, package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours.

If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, to save time a  service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office™ facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.
